The biggest upset of the week belonged to White Pigeon, who took down 429th ranked White Pigeon, 22-14.

Mendon extended the longest winning streak in Saint Joseph Valley this week by beating Centreville, 67-8. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.

Mendon's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Nick Eberstein threw for 130 and one touchdown and Parker Cupp had 67 yards receiving. On the ground Elijah Klepper chipped in 81 yards. Dannny Cleveland helped Mendon's passing attack out by catching one ball for 33 yards.

Mendon's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hornets feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Eberstein has thrown for 449 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Cupp has four catches for 97 yards. Tyler Harris leads the league in rushing with 412 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Chiefs take on John Schwartz's team. White Pigeon is in third place, while the Hornets are in first place.

Mendon suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after a 67-8 loss to Mendon. The Hornets had been ranked 20th, but fell to 36 following the defeat.
