Basketball Recap: Providence Catholic Comes Up Short

Providence Catholic lost against Lemont back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Celtics fell just short of the Lemont HS by a score of 59-56.

Providence Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lemont, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Providence Catholic will take on Plainfield Central in a tournament on Friday. As for Lemont, they will be taking part in a tournament against Bradley-Bourbonnais at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
