Recap: Robinson Knights vs. Jefferson Dragons
Even though the Jefferson Dragons scored an imposing 70 points on Wednesday, the Robinson Knights still came out on top. Robinson secured a 75-70 W over Jefferson. The win made it back-to-back wins for Robinson.
Jordan Mickens was his usual excellent self, scoring 35 points along with seven assists and seven steals. The match was his 17th in a row with at least ten points. Dylan Russell was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with six rebounds.
Robinson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Jefferson, they bumped their record down to 5-11 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Robinson's road trip will continue as they head out to face Sumner at 8:00 p.m. on January 16th. Jefferson and Alonso will face off at 8:00 p.m. on January 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
