Basketball Recap: Dawson Comes Up Short

Dawson lost against Italy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dawson Bulldogs took a hard 66-48 fall against the Italy Gladiators.

Despite the loss, Dawson still got an impressive performance from Hunter Villarreal, who posted 14 points.

Dawson's loss dropped their record down to 5-19. As for Italy, their win bumped their record up to 19-12.

Dawson has already played their next contest, a 60-38 defeat against Mildred on the 11th. As for Italy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 60-39 loss against Frost on the 11th.
