CHAAMP HomeSchool had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Linden-Kildare Tigers. This was payback for the Hawks, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Mary O'Rand paced CHAAMP HomeSchool's offense, picking up 13 kills. O'Rand got some help from Miriam Simmons and her 15 assists. Finally, Hensley Hampton kept CHAAMP HomeSchool's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

CHAAMP HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Linden-Kildare, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

CHAAMP HomeSchool didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Queen City on the 23rd. As for Linden-Kildare, they will welcome Daingerfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
