 North Hollywood never let their opponents score on Thursday. They blew past the Arleta Mustangs 10-0. That ten run margin sets a new team best for North Hollywood this season.
  Enoch Yi and  Diego Velazquez made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound,  Yi   didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Meanwhile,  Velazquez   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive pitching appearances. At bat,  Yi  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base, two  RBI,  and a  double, while  Velazquez  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while going 1-for-4.
 In other batting news, North Hollywood got a  massive  performance out of  Richard Ruvalcaba, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Nick Park, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
 The  victory  got North Hollywood back to even at 9-9. As for Arleta,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-2.
 Coincidentally,  the two teams will both be playing Chavez the next time they take the field. Arleta will head out to face Chavez at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday, while North Hollywood will head out to face them  at 12:00  p.m.  on April 17th.
