Pacelli put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Tri-County Penguins a 14-0 shutout. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Pacelli's win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0. As for Tri-County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Coming up, Pacelli will square off against Mosinee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Cardinals 0.7, the Indians 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Tri-County, they will challenge Almond-Bancroft at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
