There's no place like home for Spring Mills, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Fort Hill Sentinels on Tuesday. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by six runs or more this season.

Jonah Jacobi and Tyler Jones dominated on the mound. Jacobi pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit, while Jones pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Jones has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on JP Sweeney, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Sam Mullendore, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Spring Mills' win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Fort Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.
