Football Recap: Bainbridge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bainbridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Monroe Golden Tornadoes, falling 33-10. Despite 112 more yards than the Golden Tornadoes, the Bearcats couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Brooks Hines threw for 112 yards on 12 of 24 attempts. Damian Price was his top target, picking up 40 receiving yards. On the ground, Xzabion Jackson rushed for 51 yards.

Bainbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Monroe, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6.

Bainbridge didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 28-21 victory against Dougherty on the 31st. As for Monroe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 42-34 loss against Peach County on the 31st.
