Bishop Kelley proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 23) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 52-50 win over the Collinsville Cardinals. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-50 back in January.

Bishop Kelley has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. As for Collinsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-10.

Coming up, Bishop Kelley will square off against Booker T. Washington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Booker T. Washington is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 72 points per game this season. We've got a battle between Cardinals coming up. Collinsville will need to watch out since East Central has now posted at least 55 points in their last 18 games.
