Buffalo Gap proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 11) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bison have posted since April 15th.

Buffalo Gap has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Wilson Memorial, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.
