Soccer Game Preview: Westmoore vs. Moore

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Westmoore challenge Moore at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

Westmoore is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They fell just short of Edmond North by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Westmoore have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Moore and Norman, and Moore kept the tradition alive. Moore beat Norman by a goal, winning 2-1. That's two games straight that Moore have won by just one goal.

Moore has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5-1 record this season. Westmoore's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Westmoore was able to grind out a solid victory over Moore in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 2-0. Will Westmoore repeat their success, or does Moore has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
