Basketball Recap: Oldham County Victorious

On Saturday, the Oldham County Colonels didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the W.E.B. DuBois Academy Lions, but they still walked away with a 67-61 victory.

Oldham County's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for W.E.B. DuBois Academy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Oldham County will face off against Christian Educational Consortium at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Oldham County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Christian Educational Consortium likes a good challenge. As for W.E.B. DuBois Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Western on Tuesday.
