Volleyball Recap: Pymatuning Valley Takes a Loss

Pymatuning Valley lost against Grand Valley back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lakers came up short against the Mustangs, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lakers have suffered against the Mustangs since October 2, 2018.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-15.

Pymatuning Valley has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Grand Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Pymatuning Valley will face off against Conneaut at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Grand Valley, after both having extra time off, they and John F. Kennedy Catholic will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on the 16th.
