Basketball Recap: Stratford Takes a Loss

Stratford's tournament run continued when they took on Bullitt East on Saturday. The Stratford Knights were dealt a 78-36 loss at the hands of the Bullitt East Chargers. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stratford's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Bullitt East, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Stratford and Bullitt East could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in their respective state rankings. Stratford (ranked 116th) will meet Pisgah (ranked 24th) at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Bullitt East will face off against Graves County on Saturday down 140 places (159 vs. 19).
