USC-MAE is 2-8 against the Jaguars since January of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The USC-MAE Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Central City Value Jaguars at 3:30 p.m. Central City Value took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on USC-MAE, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, USC-MAE didn't have too much trouble with the Panthers on the road as they won 57-39. The victory made it back-to-back wins for USC-MAE.

Meanwhile, Central City Value's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight defeat. They took a 61-46 bruising from Aspire Ollin. Central City Value was down 52-24 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Despite the loss, Central City Value had strong showings from Angel Marcial, who scored 25 points along with two steals, and Andy Lobos, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds.

USC-MAE is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Central City Value, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

USC-MAE strolled past the Jaguars when the teams last played back in January by a score of 65-47. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Marcial, who scored 35 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will USC-MAE still be able to contain Marcial? There's only one way to find out.
