After losing to Affton the last time they met, Fox decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Warriors put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

While Fox won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 25-22.

Fox's victory bumped their record up to 6-15-1. As for Affton, they now have a losing record of 12-13-1.

Fox does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Affton, after both having extra time off, they and Windsor will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars are facing the Owls at the right time seeing as the Owls are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
