Union Mine is 8-2 against Rosemont since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Diamondbacks will host the Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Union Mine and four for Rosemont.

Union Mine lost 3-0 to El Dorado on Tuesday.

While Union Mine ultimately came up short, they really made El Dorado work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 27-25, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Rosemont didn't have quite enough to beat Bradshaw Christian on Tuesday and fell 3-2. While the Wolverines didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Pride 25-19 in the first set.

Rosemont started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 19-25, 23-25, 25-21, 25-15, 15-11.

Rosemont's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Union Mine, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.

Union Mine suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Rosemont when the teams last played back in March. Can the Diamondbacks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
