Volleyball Game Preview: Glenn Bobcats vs. Mount Tabor Spartans

The Glenn Bobcats will face off against the Mount Tabor Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Glenn and three for Mount Tabor.

Glenn lost 3-0 to West Forsyth on Monday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-17, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Mount Tabor came up short against Page on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13, 25-21.

Despite the defeat, Mount Tabor saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kerry Donahue had 22 digs, 12 kills, and two aces. Those 22 digs set a new season-high mark for Donahue. Leone Pipponzi was another key player, getting 18 digs and one block.

Mount Tabor now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Glenn, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
