It was a good run, but Del Sol unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Desert Oasis Diamondbacks, falling 4-1. Having soared to a lofty nine goals in the game before, Del Sol couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Emmanuel Benitez, who's now up to 11 this season.

Del Sol's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-2. As for Desert Oasis, they moved to 6-9-1 with that victory, which also ended their five-match losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Del Sol will take on Basic at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Desert Oasis, they will face off against Coronado at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. Desert Oasis will need to watch out since Coronado have now posted at least four goals in their last six matches.
