There's no place like home for Marysville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They breezed past the Chapman Irish to the tune of 61-34 on Friday. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while the Irish are ranked 300th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Marysville's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Chapman, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
