Football Recap: Salem Falls Short Against Ranked Windham

Salem faced Windham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The game between the Blue Devils and the Jaguars didn't end well, with the Blue Devils falling 17-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Blue Devils were not able to get on the board.

Salem now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Windham, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Coming up, Salem will host Cumberland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Windham, they will head out to take on Spaulding at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars are facing the Red Raiders at the right time seeing as the Red Raiders are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
