Soccer Recap: Saratoga Gets the Win

Saratoga kept a clean sheet against Lynbrook on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Lynbrook Vikings out 1-0. Akash Gupta had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Falcons.

Saratoga now has a winning record of 5-4-2. As for Lynbrook, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3.

Saratoga will welcome MacDonald at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Saratoga is facing MacDonald at the right time seeing as MacDonald is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Lynbrook, they will head out to square off against Gunn at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lynbrook's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
