Maya Contreras's hot streak continued on Friday as she turned in her tenth straight game with two or more blocks. She turned in nothing short of a gem: she dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it seven consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of San Elizario's points.
Contreras and San Elizario will head out on the road to square off against Clint at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. San Elizario had to take a loss when they last met Clint, but Contreras had little to do with the loss: she scored 14 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
