Clay Center posted their biggest victory since December 20, 2024 on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Chapman Irish as the Clay Center Tigers made off with a 56-30 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 67-37 back in December of 2024.

Clay Center has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.2 points per game. As for Chapman, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clay Center will welcome Abilene on Friday. Clay Center has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
