Howland's contest on Thursday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They never let the Solon Comets get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Howland might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Solon with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Dimitri ( Mitch) Gentis (2), Aydien Brefczynski, and Luca Naples.

Howland pushed their record up to 15-1-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six matchups. As for Solon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-5.

Howland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Solon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wadsworth at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
