Soccer Game Preview: Page vs. Valley Christian

The Page Sand Devils will challenge the Valley Christian Trojans at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Page's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Page came up short against Gilbert Christian on Saturday, falling 11-1. That's two games in a row now that the Sand Devils have lost by exactly ten goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Kaia Mansker, which was the first she's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Valley Christian kept a clean sheet against Odyssey Institute on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Minotaur. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by three goals or more this season.

The victory snapped Valley Christian's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-7 record. As for Page, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
