Baseball Game Preview: Keefe Tech Broncos vs. Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles

Keefe Tech is 0-9 against Advanced Math & Science Academy since April of 2016 but things could change on Friday. The Broncos will take on the Eagles at 3:30 p.m. Advanced Math & Science Academy took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Keefe Tech, who comes in off a win.

Keefe Tech will bounce into Friday's match after beating Assabet Valley RVT, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Broncos came out on top against the Aztecs by a score of 10-5 on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Broncos considering their two-run performance the contest before.

The team relied heavily on Nate DeBoer, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Jaxon Fertel, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Advanced Math & Science Academy suffered their biggest loss since April 26, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against Blackstone Valley RVT, falling 11-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Keefe Tech's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-1.

Keefe Tech might still be hurting after the 15-2 loss they got from Advanced Math & Science Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Broncos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
