The Marquette Redmen have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome the Negaunee Miners at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Charlye Swajanen made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk). Swajanen has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances.
