While Hingham didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the Scituate Sailors on Wednesday as they made off with a 7-0 victory. The Harbormen might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Luca Greco, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one double. That double marked the first that he has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Thomas Sullivan, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

The win made it two in a row for Hingham and bumps their season record up to 5-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Scituate, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Hingham will welcome Plymouth North at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Scituate, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Plymouth South at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
