Football Recap: North Toole County Piles Up the Points Against St. Patrick's Academy

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chester-Joplin-Inverness, North Toole County was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the St. Patrick's Academy Wolfhounds, posting a 57-14 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Refiners as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

North Toole County's record is now 3-4. As for St. Patrick's Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. North Toole County will square off against Big Sandy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Refiners will need to watch out since the Pioneers have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests. As for St. Patrick's Academy, they will challenge Highwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolfhounds will be up against the Mountaineers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
