Clovis North won the last time they faced Sanger and things went their way on Thursday too. The Broncos had just enough and edged out the Apaches 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncos.

Jocelynn Gonzalez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

At the plate, Riley Grealy was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2025.

Clovis North's record now sits at 7-2-1. As for Sanger, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Clovis North is taking a road trip to square off against Bullard at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sanger, they will welcome Kingsburg at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
