Howard put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Patterson Mill Huskies by a score of 2-0.

Leading Howard to victory were Miranda Ball and Jojo Vassor. Ball had seven digs and three aces, while Vassor had seven digs and one assist. Anna Fiedler also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Howard's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Patterson Mill, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Howard wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Atholton on the 20th. As for Patterson Mill, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fallston at 7:00 p.m. on October 14.
