Basketball Recap: North/Waukesha South Takes a Loss

North/Waukesha South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt an 80-27 defeat at the hands of the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes. While losing is never fun, North/Waukesha South can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 342nd, while Whitefish Bay is ranked 17th).

North/Waukesha South's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Whitefish Bay, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1.

North/Waukesha South does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Whitefish Bay, they will venture away from home to square off against Nicolet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Whitefish Bay's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 matchups.
