Volleyball Recap: Henderson Collegiate Takes a Loss

Henderson Collegiate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Discovery Charter School Trailblazers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pride of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Henderson Collegiate may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored one points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-1, 25-1, 25-1.

Henderson Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Discovery Charter School, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-9.

Looking ahead, Henderson Collegiate will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Oxford Prep at 6:00 p.m. Discovery Charter School will be paying especially close attention to the Pride's match: after the Pride face off against the Griffins, they'll take on Discovery Charter School again at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
