Basketball Recap: Granada Takes a Loss

Granada was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 62-54 to the Dublin Gaels. The Matadors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gaels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Granada's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Dublin, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-3.

When Granada and Dublin next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Granada will challenge De La Salle and their five-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dublin will try to stop San Ramon Valley's seven-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
