Baseball Recap: Pac-Five Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Pac-Five's offense. They fell just short of the Mid-Pacific Institute Owls by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Wolfpack have lost by just one run.

Pac-Five saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alika Ahu, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Pac-Five is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7. As for Mid-Pacific Institute, their win bumped their record up to 3-5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pac-Five will challenge Kamehameha Kapalama at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Wolfpack surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mid-Pacific Institute, they will face off against 'Iolani at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
