Basketball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

If Kennedy was riding high fresh off their 57-18 takedown of Valley Christian last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Kennedy Eagles were outmatched by the Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons and fell 68-9. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Kennedy's loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Archie Williams, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Kennedy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Tamalpais at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Archie Williams, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Heritage at 9:30 a.m. on December 26th. Archie Williams knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Heritage likes a good challenge.
