Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Prairie). They strolled past the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 53-39. This was payback for the Mustangs, who suffered a 57-37 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Prairie's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyler Troudt, who went 7 of 8 en route to 14 points. The dominant performance gave Troudt a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Hunter Johnson, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 14 points and five boards.

When it comes to explaining why Evangel Christian Academy lost, don't look at Boaz Galliart. Despite the final result, he posted 20 points and six assists. That was a full 51.3% of Evangel Christian Academy's points, marking the third time in a row he's scored more than a third of the team's points.
