Volleyball Recap: Howell Central Comes Up Short

Howell Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the St. Dominic Crusaders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-15.

Howell Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for St. Dominic, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Coming up, Howell Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Liberty at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Dominic, they will take on Westminster Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
