Soccer Game Preview: Wagoner vs. Stilwell

The Wagoner Bulldogs will venture away from home to challenge the Stilwell Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Wagoner barely beat Poteau the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs' defense stepped up to hand the Pirates a 6-0 shutout on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Wagoner.

Meanwhile, Stilwell hadn't done well against Hilldale recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Indians came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 2-0.

The win was their first at home, bumping their record up to 3-4-1. As for Wagoner, their record now sits at 7-4.

Everything went Wagoner's way against Stilwell in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, as Wagoner made off with a 4-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
