After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Anderson County, Rockwood was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Oliver Springs Bobcats get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for Rockwood, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Rockwood picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-7. As for Oliver Springs, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Rockwood will take on Tellico Plains at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Rockwood will be up against Tellico Plains' rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.4 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
