The Tamarac Bengals will challenge the Hoosic Valley Hawks at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Tamarac is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

On Wednesday, Tamarac came up short against Lansingburgh and fell 10-7. The loss continues a trend for the Bengals in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost three in a row.

Keegan Blakesley made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI. Owen Blakesley was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Hoosic Valley won against Galway on Tuesday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Hawks walked away with a 7-4 win over Voorheesville. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Hoosic Valley pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for Tamarac, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
