Football Recap: Central Bucks South Comes Up Short

Central Bucks South's last matchup with North Penn could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Friday. The Titans came up short against the Knights, falling 28-7. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Knights are ranked 31st).

Cade Crim threw for 62 yards on four of eight attempts. James Chan was his top target, picking up 30 receiving yards.

Central Bucks South now has a losing record of 3-4. As for North Penn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central Bucks South will venture away from home to take on Abington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Titans will be up against the Galloping Ghosts' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.71 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for North Penn, they will head out to challenge Pennsbury at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
