Basketball Recap: Patrick School Beats Varsity Opponent for Their 11th Straight Victory

Patrick School had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.7 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. They blew past Varsity Opponent 78-46. The Celtics have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Brandon Lee, who posted 17 points. His evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kuai Deng, who put up 12 points.

Patrick School pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Patrick School will face off against Mount Vernon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next game, a 71-51 loss against Cornerstone Christian Academy on the 7th.
