After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Altoona, Central was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Marauders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-10, 25-20.

Bryson Brooks paced Central's offense, picking up eight kills. Brooks got some help from Logan Hummel and his 21 assists. Brooks also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Noah Grace, racking up two apiece.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Bishop Guilfoyle, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-14-1.

As of now, neither Central nor the Marauders have any future games scheduled.
