Hopkinton had won two straight road games and Gabby Pattie did her part to make it three on Wednesday. The Hillers blew past the Holliston Panthers 3-0 thanks in part to Pattie, who had five digs and two aces. She has been hot, having also posted 17 or more assists the last eight times she's played.

While Hopkinton might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Holliston scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22, 25-22.

Hopkinton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sydney Stephen, who had 12 digs and two assists.

Hopkinton was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive contests.

Hopkinton's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Holliston, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

Hopkinton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Norwood on the 14th. As for Holliston, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Nipmuc Regional on the 10th.
