Volleyball Recap: Wilbur Cross Takes a Loss

Wilbur Cross was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Cheshire Rams.

While Wilbur Cross was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-23, 25-18.

Wilbur Cross' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Cheshire, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Wilbur Cross has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Foran on the 22nd. As for Cheshire, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Sheehan on the 22nd.
