Basketball Game Preview: Thunderbird Titans vs. Shadow Mountain Matadors

Thunderbird and Shadow Mountain are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Thunderbird Titans will welcome the Shadow Mountain Matadors at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Thunderbird came up short against Greenway and fell 51-38. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Shadow Mountain ended up a good deal behind Moon Valley on Tuesday and lost 31-12.

Thunderbird now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Shadow Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.

Thunderbird strolled past Shadow Mountain when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a score of 36-19. Will Thunderbird repeat their success, or does Shadow Mountain have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
