They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Heritage Huskies, sneaking past 3-2. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Garrett Ransom tossed a big game, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.
